Your pack shipment
Packages are typically dispatched the same day for orders within Nairobi. Delivery is completed within 24 hours countrywide through trusted couriers. Payment on delivery is available only for Nairobi orders. For deliveries outside Nairobi, payment must be made in advance.
As a reputable gift shop, we ensure your packages are handled with care and delivered promptly. Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs.
For convenience, we recommend grouping your items into a single order, as we cannot combine separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each one. Although packages are dispatched at your own risk, we take special care to protect fragile items.
All boxes are appropriately sized, and your items are securely packed to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
